Make sure you submit a request in writing within 30 business days of receiving the decision notice.

Please get in touch with RIC team by email on info@ric.gov.au to submit your Request for a Decision Review.

Request a change to your loan agreement by submitting updated information.

Processing times depend on the complexity of the variation, timely receipt of all relevant information and number of banks involved.

Please provide us as much notice as possible when requesting a variation to your loan.

If your variation relates to a full discharge, please download, complete and attach a Discharge/Release Authority form to your request.

Please allow 30 days for a full discharge request.
